Consulting Terms and Conditions:
By participating in a one-on-one session, a "Consultation", with "econoalchemist", the "Consultant", you agree to indemnify and hold the Consultant harmless against any legal action, damages, or compensation pertaining to the services provided, information obtained, or suggestions made in the course of a Consultation. You further agree and acknowledge the Consultant, is not a licensed professional in any field and that any services provided, information obtained, or suggestions made in the course of the Consultation are merely opinions and not advice that should be taken to initiate Do-It-Yourself ("DIY") modifications to your home or place of business. You acknowledge and agree that any modifications to your home or place of business, including but not limited to electrical circuits and ventilation systems, should be discussed with a qualified and licensed professional. You also agree that if anything goes wrong with or there are any damages to your mining operation, your home, or place of business; the Consultant is in no way liable for damages, legal action, or compensation of any kind. 

In short, the Consultant can discuss your plans with you and help provide information so that you can make informed decisions and formulate a plan but nothing said or provided by the Consultant can be considered advice. The Consultant is not an advisor nor qualified as a licensed professional. You are responsible for anything you chose to do with the services provided, information obtained, and or suggestions made. The Consultant does not represent that he is anything beyond a Bitcoin mining hobbyist who has experience operating mining equipment in a home environment and that he is willing to discuss that experience with you during the course of the consultation to help you better understand how you could start mining Bitcoin.
